Gate Questions
The neighborhood has three gates: The main gate and two side gates. All three can be programed in advance to open and close at a customized time. Please give as much advanced notice as possible. There are also three Pedestrian Gates. One is located at each of the three drive through entry gates.
You may email Board@EstatesOfCreekwood.org with requests to open the gates, or for the code to the Pedestrian gates. Please include the date, a start time, and end time.
Architectural Control Committee
If you are considering any kind of remodeling or add-on project for the outside of your home, please remember you must first seek approval of your plans by the Architectural Control Committee. Please contact them prior to starting any construction. You can find their info on the Board page.
